These Terms of Service (hereinafter, "Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you, the user (hereinafter, "User" or "you"), and FareEcho (hereinafter, "FareEcho," "we," "us," or "our"), concerning your access to and use of the fareecho.com website (hereinafter, "Website") and any related services, content, functionality, and applications offered by us (hereinafter, "Service").
